What will you learn?

(HRM) In the HBO HRM program, you learn everything about managing people within organizations. You develop knowledge about personnel policy, employment law, organizational psychology and change management. During your studies, you work on practice-oriented projects where you learn how to recruit, develop and retain talent. You gain insight into employment conditions, conflict mediation and creating a positive work culture. You also learn to apply data analysis for HR decisions and use modern HR systems.
