(Company Secretary) As a senior-level Company Secretary, you manage the complete corporate governance of an organization and ensure compliance with all legal obligations. You organize and facilitate shareholder and board meetings, manage corporate documents, and ensure timely submission of all required reports to the Chamber of Commerce and regulatory authorities. You advise management and the board of directors on legal and governance issues, maintain contacts with external advisors such as notaries and accountants, and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. Additionally, you coordinate mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions from a legal and procedural perspective.
