Findmino was founded by Likemymind Media. Behind Likemymind are Dr. Jeff Leinaweaver and Rogier Rijnja. Jeff, a Professor at West Coast business schools and senior organizational consultant at Washington University, with worldwide experience as a journalist and HR professional, and Rogier, a senior HR leader with international experience at leading companies, have together coached and supported countless people in their careers. Their mission: to inspire you to take new steps with confidence.
