Social Worker

You conduct intake interviews, assist clients in applying for benefits or services, and support them in finding suitable housing or care. You work closely with other care providers such as mental health workers, neighborhood teams, and institutions like municipalities and care organizations. Additionally, you advise clients about their rights and obligations, help them create budget plans, and guide them toward self-reliance.
