Crisis Management

(Crisismanagement) In the HBO Crisis Management program, you learn to prepare organizations for and guide them through crisis situations. You develop skills in risk analysis, continuity planning, communication under pressure, and decision-making in complex situations. The program combines theoretical knowledge of crisis theory with practical training in simulations. You learn to work with various stakeholders, handle media relations, and lead teams during acute crisis situations. Legal aspects and ethical dilemmas are also covered.
