SHOT coffee | Amsterdam
The grand opening of this new hotspot was on March 23rd, so very new indeed! SHOT coffee was founded by three Dutch influencers: Kendra Kroon, Amijé van der Laan and Isadee Jansen. With their concept they want to create a unique place where lifestyle, coffee and health come together. From Monday to Friday you can enjoy a drink from 7:30 to 15:30 and on weekends from 8:30 to 16:30.
Grand Locale | Rotterdam
Grand Locale shared on Instagram that they officially opened their doors on March 15th! This restaurant distinguishes itself by serving Italian classics with a modern twist. The owners say that the wood-fired oven is the beating heart of the establishment. They're open seven days a week for lunch, drinks and dinner.
Restaurant Judith | Brummen
A seasonal menu, pure ingredients and an intimate setting form the basis of a flavorful experience.Restaurant Judith opened its doors on March 19th at Kasteel Engelenburg. The two chefs serve classic French dishes, enriched with Mediterranean and Northern European influences. You can dine at Judith every day, but pay attention to the opening hours. They close their doors briefly in the afternoon!
Café-restaurant Sandberg | Amsterdam
This new hotspot has been set up by a young but experienced group of entrepreneurs. Café-restaurant Sandberg brings the restaurant at the Stedelijk Museum back to life. Since March 10th, you can visit here daily from 9:00 AM for breakfast and lunch. If you want to grab a bite in the evening, this is possible from Tuesday to Saturday.
Bistro Mairie | IJsselstein
After a renovation and a fresh start, Bistro Mairie reopened its doors on March 8th! Previously known as Bistro 1560, the restaurant presents a renewed concept. At Bistro Mairie, you can enjoy French dishes in a warm and welcoming setting. You can have an extensive lunch here or dine in a cozy atmosphere. They're closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
