Minister/Pastor

(Dominee) As a minister, you lead a Protestant faith community and conduct weekly worship services where you deliver sermons, lead prayers, and perform rituals such as baptism and communion. You provide pastoral care to congregation members through home visits, conversations during crisis situations, and guidance during life events such as weddings and funerals. Additionally, you coordinate church activities, lead board meetings, and work together with deacons, elders, and volunteers to support the community. You maintain contacts with other churches, social organizations, and contribute to social projects in the neighborhood.
