(Human Resources Management) The MBO Human Resources Management program focuses on developing the skills needed for a position within the HR department of an organization. Students learn about various aspects of personnel management, including recruitment, selection, training and development of employees. The program provides a good understanding of labor law, corporate culture and the role of HR in the strategic planning of a company. Additionally, students study communication skills, ethics and the application of digital tools in HR processes. Required Education

For admission to MBO Human Resources Management you need at least a VMBO diploma, where the level depends on the specific MBO variant (level 2, 3 or 4). The HAVO/VWO choice profile Culture & Society (C&M) or Economics & Society (E&M) best aligns with this program due to the focus on social sciences and business studies. Subjects such as Dutch, economics and social studies provide a good foundation for the HR program. If you are older than 21 years and don't have a suitable prior education, you can often still be admitted through an entrance exam or 21+ arrangement.
