From the HRBP position, you can grow to Senior HRBP, HR manager or Head of HR, where you get more strategic responsibility. The next logical step is often HR director or Chief People Officer. The HR field is growing strongly through digitalization and focus on employee experience, making HRBPs increasingly strategically positioned within organizations.

AI Impact on the job

AI is transforming the HRBP role by automating repetitive tasks such as data analysis and recruitment processes, allowing HRBPs to focus more on strategic decision-making and employee engagement. Important new skills include data analysis, knowledge of AI tools and change management. The job market outlook is mixed; while some positions disappear due to automation, demand arises for HR professionals who can integrate technology and strengthen connections with employees.
