If you take the HAVO/VWO route, the Economics & Society (E&M) profile is most suitable, where subjects like economics, mathematics and management & organization form a good foundation. Knowledge of statistics and employment law is also valuable for this role. While a relevant education is highly valued, candidates with extensive HR experience and additional certifications in compensation & benefits may sometimes also be considered.
