Required Education

For MBO Technical Product Design you need at least a VMBO diploma, where VMBO-TL or VMBO-GL with a technical learning pathway are most suitable. If you come from HAVO/VWO, the elective profile Nature & Technology (N&T) fits best with this program due to the focus on technology and design. Subjects like mathematics, physics and technology are strongly recommended because you will work a lot with calculations and technical drawings. Are you 21 years or older without the right prior education? Then you can often still be admitted through an entrance exam or assessment.
