Required Education

For admission to WO Human Resources Management, you need a VWO diploma or a completed HBO propaedeutic phase. The VWO profile Culture & Society (C&M) or Economics & Society (E&M) fits best with this study, as you become familiar with subjects such as economics, social studies, and history that align well with HR issues. Mathematics A is usually required, and subjects such as economics or social sciences are often recommended. If you don't have a VWO diploma, you can also be admitted through a 21+ test or state examination if you are 21 years or older.
