What will you learn?

(Facilitaire Dienstverlening) The MBO Facility Services program trains students to become executive and coordinating professionals who ensure a pleasant, safe and well-organized work environment within organizations. Facility services support the primary process of an organization and are indispensable in sectors such as healthcare, education, government, hospitality and business. During the program, students learn how to execute, plan and monitor facility services. This includes cleaning, catering, reception and service, logistics, building management, security and inventory management. Additionally, they develop skills in customer-focused work, collaboration, communication and compliance with quality and safety regulations. Graduates can work in positions such as facility employee, service desk employee, facility assistant or building management employee. Depending on the level and work experience, growth is possible to coordinating or supervisory facility positions, or progression to further education at MBO or HBO level (for example Facility Management).
