(Culinary Arts) In the HBO Culinary Arts program, you develop into a professional chef with entrepreneurial skills. You learn advanced cooking techniques, menu development, cost calculation and kitchen management. The program combines practical cooking skills with business administration, food science and international kitchen concepts. You work in professional kitchens, do internships at top restaurants and learn about sustainability, allergens and nutrition. You also develop leadership skills for managing kitchen staff.
